Ingredients:





Radix millettia speciosa, Rhizoma smilacis glabrae, Kudzu, carrots, rice beans, white hyacinth beans, speckled kidney beans











Benefit:





Soothes aching muscles, muscle strain, rheumatoid arthritis, joint lubricate, and strengthen the muscles and bones, removes humidness, detox, skin allergy, and improves the hypertension and diabetes.











Instruction:





Wash all ingredients, briefly blanch the Radix Millettia Speciosa and Rhizoma smilacis glabrae for 5 minutes to remove the muddy taste and impurities, put all ingredients in the pot, add 15 bowls of water,





for soup with meats (briefly blanch in boiling water for a min to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 4 pieces of candied date, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 3 hours; for soup without meats, add 4 pieces of candied date, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours.











Servings:





5-7 bowls of soup
