Ingredients: yam, fresh lotus seeds, fresh euryale ferox, fresh lily bulb, chestnuts
Benefit: Strengthens the spleen, nourishes the stomach, good for kidneys, improves the loss of appetite. Strengthens the immune systems of children that are prone to sickness or have restless sleep.
Instruction: Wash all ingredients and put in the pot, add 15 bowls of water,
for soup with meats (briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a minute to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 4 pieces of candied dates, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours;
for soup without meats, add 4 pieces of candied date, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2 hours.
