Ingredients: papaya, snow fungus, fresh lily bulb, fresh lotus seeds, sweet/bitter apricot kernels
Benefit: Nourishes lungs and stomach, improves immunity, relieves constipation and reduce high blood pressure.
Instruction: Wash all ingredients, soak snow fungus in warm water for 1 hour and remove the dark part from the bottom. Put all ingredients in the pot, add 12 bowls of water,
for soup with meats(briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a min to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 4 pieces of candied date and 2 pieces of dried citrus peel. Cook for 2.5 hours;
for soup without meats, cook for 2 hours and add some crystal sugar, add snow fungus half hour before done.
(Tips: If you like to eat lily bulb, put in the soup 15 mins before done.)
Servings: 5-7 bowls of soup
