Ingredients: papaya, snow fungus, carrots, Lodoicea maldivica, fresh lily bulb, sweet/bitter apricot kernels

Nourishes lungs and stomach, strengthens immune system, nourishes yin, good for kidneys, great for beauty maintenance
Instruction:
Wash all ingredients, soak snow fungus in warm water for 1 hour & cut the dark part in the bottom, put all ingredients in the pot, add 12 bowls of water, for soup with meat (briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a minute to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.). Add 4 pieces of candied date and 2 pieces of dried citrus peel. Cook for 2.5 hours;
for soup without meats, cook for 2 hours and add some crystal sugar,
add snow fungus half hour before done.
(Tips: If you like to eat lily bulb, put in the soup 15 mins before done.)
