Ingredients: pumpkin, yam, wolfberries, carrots, sweet corn, chestnuts



Benefit: Nourishes lungs, replenishes qi, relieves cough and asthma, strengthens spleen and stomach, good for kidneys, strengthens muscles



Instruction: Wash all ingredients and put in the pot, add 12 bowls of water,



for soup with meat(briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a min to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 4 pieces of candied date and 2 pieces of dried citrus peel. Cook for 2.5 hours ; for soup without meat, cook for 2 hours and add some crystal sugar.



Servings: 5-7 bowls of soup



Some ingredients may be oxidized after cut. Picture shows ingredients only, not the actual proportion.Vacuum packaging, 7 days store in refrigerator and 20 days in freezer.
