Ingredients: carrots, green radish, sweet corn, figs, sweet/bitter apricot kernels





Benefit: Strengthens spleen, helps digestion, moisturizes dryness, improves eyesight, reduces phlegm, removes heatiness, detox and detumescent





Instruction: Wash all ingredient and put in the pot, add 12 bowls of water, for soup with meat(briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a min to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 4 pieces of candied date and 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours ; for soup without meat, cook for 2 hours and add some crystal sugar.





Servings: 5-7 bowls of soup





Some ingredients may be oxidized after cut. Picture shows ingredients only, not the actual proportion.Vacuum packaging, 7 days store in refrigerator and 20 days in freezer.
