Ingredients:


Tomato, Australian potatoes, carrots, green radish, celery, sweet corn





Benefit: Strengthens spleen and replenishes qi, improves stomach, works up an appetite, regulates bowel to relieve constipation





Instruction:


Wash all ingredients and put in the pot, add 12 bowls of water, for soup with meat (briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a min to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 4 pieces of candied date and 2 pieces of dried citrus peel, cook for 2.5 hours; for soup without meat, cook for 2 hours and add some crystal sugar.





Servings:


5-7 bowls of soup





Some ingredients may be oxidized after cut.
