The vines of sweet potatoes as known as camote tops in Spanish-speaking countries. Rich in grassy flavor and tenderness. An excellent source of vitamin A and C, calcium, magnessium and antioxidants.
Good for boiling. Splash it with soy sauce or vinegar and a dash of salt after they become tender.
A spring and autumn produce. Available between March and April, August and October.
Please store in fridge and consume within 3 - 4 days.
