Carrots are a good source of fibre, with significant amount of vitamin B3 and C. Our premium carrots from Australia are rich in beta-carotene (pro-vitamin A). Like may other vegetables, carrots are best eaten raw, or simply steamed or boiled definitely is a wonderful addition to any dish.
