“Thyme and one pomegranate were missing from order but only thyme reported and said will refund but no action yet. Pomegranate was under investigation and no reply after I complaint. I would say bad service. Vendors said that they are not responsible and will not look into the matter because I ordered from Jou San. Jou San cannot be contracted directly. No reply and no refund.”
