“Super disappointed experience! Very irresponsible vendor!!! Firstly, I bought 1 whole box of fig but ended up I only got 1 tiny fig. The size is even smaller than a kiwi?! No one approached and told me about the mistake in advance until I found out. The charges of that tiny fig is $8! Unable to contact anyone! Jousun should have contacted customer to understand the issue instead of leaving all the matters to auto reply! Would be more appreciated if this tiny fig could be returned and got the entire refund!!”
