“When the product arrived damaged and they did not have a customer service phone and nobody responded the first day to my email, I was worried. However, the second day they responded and sent a new tail light my direction. They could have responded a little quicker but in the end, they did everything I could have asked for in a pleasant and supporitive mannor.”

“Two 70+ were able to replace our damaged tail light with one from here in less than 15 minutes. We were quite impressed with the replacement lamp and are ability to follow YouTube directions! The connection to the car was not identical to our 2011 car, but we just unplugged all the bulb connections, inserted the new bulbs in the wiring and connected the new housing to the car's wiring.”
