“The putter was listed as a 34” length. It was actually a 35” length. 35” is too long for me and I had to send it back.
I was charged for the return shipping for an incorrect substitute item.
The putter looked lovely and if it was as advertised I would likely have enjoyed it.
On the left is a 34” Bettinardi Ben Hogan B11 and on the right is the 35” Bettinardi Queen B11 that was sent to me and now returned.”
