“The Epic Driver came as advertised. However the term 'Demo' is questionable. I would score the club as worse than 'Demo' I would score it as used. There were more than a few marks on it...it was well used. If I had seen this driver before purchase...I would not have bought it based on the amount of wear on it. Live and learn I guess. I could have bought the same driver used on-line for less money in the used condition that this Demo club was in. To me, a Demo club has been hit in an indoor club fitting type scenario or similar.
You do have a definition of Demo on your site...but it is not detailed enough. You need to have a score out of 10 etc. So buyers can have a better idea of what condition the club will be in.
I know you have a return procedure...but kind of a pain.”
