“Legitimately one of theh worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Somehow they sent me the wrong hat not once, but twice. When I refused to drive it back to the depot for a 2nd time, that's when they decided to give up on making things right. All I was offered was a refund if I returned the wrong hat (again, for the 2nd time), and a $25 discount code that could be used on a future purchase.
Why would I make a future purchase when you can't send me the right item with two attempts? The entire process was very frustrating, and it was left unresolved. If I could give less than a 1/5 I would.”
