GOOD
The cart is terrific. Very well designed and seems to be built to last. Lots of solid metal vs plastic. Have used it once and it was great. LOVE the storage bag.....fit is very tight so be careful zipping it up.
BAD
The condition of the package on delivery was a shock. Firstly there was no shipping carton used....it arrived in the box you would see in the store. As I had to pay shipping charges because it was deemed " a large item" why was it not packaged as " a large item"?
The top of the carton was completely crushed by 3-4 inches and there were 2 large holes torn in the front of the carton clearly exposing the cart. The interior protective packaging was torn and damaged. The cart itself was scratched and scuffed which I would expect after a season of use but not before I got it out of the carton. Not sure who to blame....the supplier for not providing a proper shipping box or the courier for mishandling the delivery? I contacted Golf Stuff and Anglo about this experience and got zero response.
