“Very disappointing! When I placed the order for the V2 push cart, there was a cart storage bag included. I received tgd V2 cart rapidly, but the storage bag was never sent. I contacted customer service by email on numerous occasions, and they always responded with an excuse denying the storage bag was included. I sent them proof repeatedly, as you will see in the attachments, and they finally said it was out of stock. Now they're offerring a credit for the just golf stuff site. I am requesting a refund for the value of the bag on the Axglo site if they are unable to send me the bag. I no longer want to order on the just golf stuff site as it is dishonest and unreliable.”
