Customer Service is Horrific.
I purchased the bag and wrote less than 48 hours later that I wished to cancel the order. The same bag came and sale for 40 dollars LESS at Golftown. I received one email back stating that they would see what they could do. I received confirmation that the bag was shipped anyways, another 4 days after I asked if they could stop the order. I then asked for a return shipping label to return the order. Crickets.
Was hoping in good faith that maybe some sort of gift card in lieu of the extra money I spent may follow but also....Crickets.
Product is great (knew it would be) customer service here is....well....read their reviews.
