“Beautiful quality mask with rustic gold finish. I’m glad I opted for this instead of a cheaper plastic version. Quality is perfect and you could almost swim in the paint finish. This is the second one of these I’ve bought in different finishes and I would definitely buy again.”

“I paid £12 for a Saturday delivery. I sat in all day but it DIDN'T ARRIVE! I had to collect it on the Monday from a nearby pharmacy! I think I deserve a refund?”

Hi John We are sorry that you felt the need to communicate your disappointment via our feedback system, rather than contacting us directly. Your order was dispatched on the Friday and a delivery was attempted on Saturday. An email and text message was sent informing you of the delivery time on Saturday. The driver was unable to deliver and reattempted on Sunday, again, an email and text message was sent. You responded to this requesting a delivery to a pickup store on the Monday. This instruction was duly carried out Please contact our sales department in order that we can help you further with your complaint and grievance

“I was looking for a quality mask, not one made of flimsy and easily cracked plastic. When the mask was delivered I was so happy to see that is was very solid, constructed from a fibre-glass like material and was made in Italy. Delighted.”

“very good mask which could be worn whilst having refreshments so could be worn all evening.possibly could be slightly improved by having same height on forehead above left eye as right eye.I won 1st prize in our club fancy dress halloween evening.thanks”
