“I know we’ve missed 2-3 last week due to forgetting to come back to school to do the tutor and I (the parent/learning coach) is at fault of this. But last week on Friday 10/18/2024 and today 10/21/2024, Xzavier went on and he waited for 5 minutes and he said no one was on and so I had him wait 5 more minutes, just in case and still no one came on.”

“1514 weve tried countless of times to do this and its not letting us in. im very dissapointed we need to get this fixed so he can get in this tutoring class because he does need assistance. plz fix this and have a good day.”
