“Personally, I feel she is too old to be teaching. Not only that, but she also struggles to use basic tools in the class. I could never use the chat feature because she said she couldn't find it, which was very frustrating. I had to rely on my microphone just to say "okay" or something similar. As a result, I didn't learn anything, and I chose not to continue tutoring in this subject because of how disappointing it was.”

“Ms. Barbara has been doing wonderfully with my son (Dustin). She's helped him in so many ways when I couldn't get him to understand in English. Unfortunately today his screen wouldn't load in to their scheduled session today.”
