“I went to Costa Mesa to find some commercial real estate for clients and I stepped in a sunglass shop to ask about the building. I thought I needed another pair of summer sunglasses; and since I have my teen and adult favorites: Ray Ban Baloramas, Wayfarer, and Aviators; the Persol 714 Steve McQueen, and the blue lens Maui Jims, nothing could deter me from those brands. But, as I made my choice and was headed to the reister, I saw the Kaenon display case, and there they were, the Kern model. The shop owner seemed a little hesitant to show them to me but I insisted. I tried them on and there is no comparison: Kaenon is superior in fit, quality, durability, lenses, and clarity over a less expensive polarized Ray Ban and a more expensive Persol and Maui Jim. Thus, better value. Better sunglasses at a lower comparable price. My new favorites!”
