“There's no question that this luggage isn't brilliant. Sturdy, attractive and flexible luggage combos that make packing a breeze & allow you to fit so much more in & carry it effortlessly.
I would have left 5 stars except for a lot of confusion in delivery. I ordered 3 pieces that were to be delivered by a certain date and only 1 arrived - however I also received an email stating all 3 had arrived. No number to talk to someone so had to go through the 'bot route which is always frustrating. Eventually told that delivery dates are more of a suggestion than a guarantee due to the inconsistency of customs. Couldn't tell me when my items would arrive. When I asked about the confirmation that all 3 had been delivered I was told these are standard emails not specific. Very poor communication has let the company down and clarity needs to be addressed. When the remaining cases did arrive, they arrived at separate times in the same day - apparently the courier had missed the biggest case & forgotten to deliver it. Kapten & Sons probably need to rethink who they use as courier.
To be clear, the products are worth waiting for but setting clear expectations for the customer would make the process much better. Also, leave plenty of time for delivery!”

Besonders praktisch finde ich die gut durchdachten Fächer und die zusätzlichen Beutel – perfekt zum Organisieren. Die Farbe ist außergewöhnlich und ein echter Hingucker. Insgesamt bin ich rundum zufrieden und kann den Koffer absolut empfehlen.”
