“Wanted to use this as daily work bag. Looks great. But the size is so rigid it can barely fit anything more than laptop and a lunch box. Everything you fit has to be flat and narrow or the zipper doesn’t do up. I’ve ended up having to always carry a second tote if I want to bring more stuff to work with me
Additionally, the straps for the backpack are too long, even the shortest adjustment leaves the bag hanging low and uncomfortable for the back. Not short girl friendly (I’m 5’2)”
