Customer service sent a "standard reply", not addressing any of my issues.
Item was delviered very late, after the persons birthday had elapsed.”

“I waited for a month to receive the Backpack. In the meanwhile it is very hard to reach the service centre. I sent several message and did not get any reaction. We even called the shop in Amsterdam, where a very friendly Guy tried to help but could not get through the service centre either. In the end after 4 weeks I received a message that the bag was on its way. I will think twice to order again.”
“I had to wait way much longer than the expected delivery time (more than half a month) to receive my bag without being serviced properly. The bag gets dirty easily and cannot be cleaned.”
