“Great bag, brilliant for work, great amount of pockets to keep you organised. Only shame is there is no long strap to wear it cross body which I didn’t realise. Would be good if that was an option.”
“I love the bag and right size, quality in general. However, the part of the zipper that you pull to open and close the main zipper came off easily but only because the clip was too wide so I had to adjust it manually by narrowing it a bit more with something because it was hard. Although, I think I should not be doing any of that for a brand new bag, it is easier than sending the whole bag back for just a zipper malfunction.”
