“I very rarely write reviews but I have never had worse customer service from a company. I ordered a bag 2nd November and waited 3 weeks for delivery before contacting the company. I was told the product had been lost (which happens so I have no issues with this). I was told a refund had been made which can take 7 days to appear. 7 days passed and no refund. I contacted the company 3 times before getting a response to be told the refund had just been made again. Over a month of being out of pocket, with no product and no apology for the fact that I had all of this time without a product or my money. A really disappointing experience overall and one that has completely tainted my view of the company.”
