“Some cons:-
- Magnetic closure buckles not strong enough sometimes opens automatically.
- Hüftgurt/ Sling bag, should be more spacious, I dont use it for University, Work and gym, but for trip/travel where it is needed it is small in size, can't even fit my Passport, wallet (much needed during travel).
- And as a sling bag, it just looks like a strap around where i can but my cards only.
Suggestion:-
- Little more space for passport and wallet and Small size bottle holder(around 300ml) for sling bag.
- Extra bottle or cup/Umbrella holder on other side of bag. Would make it more useful for University, Work and gym.”
“I'm obsessed with bags that can open all the way to sort my things out. This is the bag for that. I love all the little pockets inside as well. It's comfortable when it's full and doesn't appear giant somehow.
I have two criticisms though. One is the flap on top that has magnets to sit in place. If you put one more thing that passes the minimum size of the bag, it needs to stay up. I couldn't manage to fold the top once and keep it that way. It's either "fold all the way down" or "keep it up fully" kind of a deal. Secondly, it'd be wonderful if the inner zipper part (the window from the laptop side) was made of firmer material or had some more structure around it to hold items in place when I open only the laptop section. That zipper holds things tight and once opened all the way to get the things in the laptop compartment (all the little pockets I mean), the main section gets loosened.”
“Super grosser Rucksack, den ich zwischenzeitlich auch auf eine Reise nach Thailand mitgenommen habe. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, dass ich endlich genug Stauraum habe, um meine Kamera+Buch+Nackenkissen etc. Gleichzeitig zu verstauen. Das Einzige das ich etwas "unbrauchbar" finde, ist der Hüftgurt.
Er sitzt zwar gut und stabilisiert das ganze, aber ideal wäre, wenn da auch ein grösseres Handy oder der Reisepass darin Platz hätte. Stattdessen muss ich dafür jetzt trotzdem noch eine kleine Umhängetasche mittragen, um es am Zoll nicht aus dem grossen Rucksack rauskramen zu müssen.”
“N’est pas arrivé à la date prévue mais bien plus tard. Inutilisable donc pour mon voyage. Service client incompétent. Propose d’annuler la commande puis écrit que ce n’est pas possible. Je n’ai pas eu le courage de le renvoyer en rentrant. Très déçu
Did not arrive on the scheduled date but much later. Unuseable therefore for my trip. Incompetent customer service. Offer to cancel the order then write that it is not possible. I didn't have the courage to send him back when I got home. Very disappointed”

Nous apprécions tes remarques et regrettons de ne pas avoir pu te convaincre. Notre service traite les demandes aussi vite que possible dans la limite du possible. Si le colis a été envoyé entre ta première interaction et la seconde réponse, une solution pour une annulation avec un remboursement sans frais de retour est toujours offerte. Etant donné qu'il est impossible de mettre l'envoi d'un colis en suspens et que ces derniers sont envoyés au fur et à mesure, il s'agissait de la seule solution possible. Il appartient au client de faire les démarches nécessaires pour le renvoi du produit et l'annulation de la commande.
