“Completely wrong item received however due to tight time constraints of needing the bag I decided to accept the order I received…I so really wish I hadn’t! The bag I received is made from a fabric that seems to absorb any colour that you happen to be wearing at the time. The bag is a sand colour but looks awful (like it is dirty) on the side that is worn against the body. You should be able to wear a bag with whatever you are wearing surely? Or at least a warning to suggest otherwise. A real disappointment from start to finish of this order for the price paid - I expected and have previously received much better quality and attention to detail. I have previously purchased another bag and love it. Will think twice before ordering again sadly as it is so hard to sort any issues promptly.”
