“Hi Luisa, I would not know what to think of the bag. I ordered it on Nov 22nd. Than delivery was delayed and when I received a message that it was delivered the reality was that there was no bag. I received the "standard" confirmation on my complaint regarding the delivery but since than it is radio silence on the service front. What is quite annoying is that I continue to receive other communications for accessories trying to upsell even though your team should know the original product has not arrived. Look forward to receive the bag and hope to be able to post a more positive comments once that happy moment arrives.”
