“I love the bag but the delivery service was bad. The delivery took at least 10 days, I intended to take the bag on holiday but it arrived too late.
Unfortunately the messages I recieved from you relating to the delay did not take any responsibility and instead blamed a third party - Royal Mail. However my payment agreement was with you, I believe you should offer a refund and take this up seperately with Royal Mail.”

“Der Rucksack ist ziemlich praktisch in der Anwendung. Mir gefällt die große Anzahl an verschiedenen Fächern und Taschen. Aber er bietet etwas zu wenig Stauraum und ist ein wenig zu schwer. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Kauf zufrieden.”
