“I absolutely love your backpacks—they're among my favorites. However, the only thing I didn't like about this new version is the Velcro closure on the main compartment. It makes opening and closing the backpack less convenient, and having to pull on it repeatedly will likely cause more wear and tear over time. The previous magnetic closure was much easier to use, smoother, and less harsh on the material. I think bringing it back, or using a similar closure system, would make an already excellent backpack even better.”
