Appearance and Design - 5 stars.
Quality - nice on touching; I have my own doubt about the quality of the ecological leather. Most probably after 1 year of usage will not look very pleasant. - 4 stars.
Usage of the product / Comfort - you have 2 or even 3 pockets, which on design are looking brilliant (in the eyes of the designer), however there are completely useless. In case you make the mistake to put something in them, or fill completely the backpack (not speaking about heavy weights; usual stuff for office, laptop, chargers, 2 - 3 cables, phone, pencils, bottle of water, umbrella), the shape of the backpack is transforming in something, lets call it an irregular rock from the stone cave fresh excavated, and becomes very uncomfortable on the shoulders. So, I have asked myself if they tested enough the product before releasing it on market, seeing and feeling this "mistakes". From here comes my remark and the open question about the close collaboration between the designers and testers/engineers. Usability / feeling of comfort. - 0.5 to 1 star.
Price - too expensive for the quality of the materials - 2 stars.
Overall review of the product: 3 stars.
PS: The review was done after 3-4 weeks of using the backpack every 2 - 3 days.”
