“Item hasnt arrived along with my bag order.
Terrible customer service, contact CS team and got told your bottle hasnt arrived yet and closed of my query..”
“I got this free with my backpack and now I use this as my water bottle for work because it’s large enough I don’t have to keep refilling but it’s also easy to twist open and it has a cute little handle to carry and I use the ice water tap at work and it keeps the water cool for long”
