“I’m a long-time buyer of Kapten & Son, and I’ve repurchased the Bergen crossbody multiple times because I genuinely love the look and color. Unfortunately, I’m stuck in a cycle of having to replace them every two years because the material continuously wears down.
It’s frustrating because vegan leather should feel like a sustainable choice, but having to buy a new bag every couple of years creates unnecessary waste and defeats that goal entirely. I want to keep supporting Kapten & Son for their style, but the vegan leather quality needs serious attention.”
