“The product I ordered appears to have never been shipped as the postal service confirmed they did not receive the parcel and as such we're unable to provide me with a delivery date. Upon reaching out to the Kapten customer service team I was told there was a 'mistake' and said they would send out a new parcel immediately. This parcel went down the exact same path and was never received by the postal service. I tried reaching out to the Kapten team again but after being put in a queue 3 times for over 20 minutes the line got disconnected every time.
Not sure what is going on there but it's one big mess at Kapten for sure.
Would definitely not recommend buying here.”
“Habe mir die Tasche von meinen Schwestern zum Geburtstag gewünscht und bin absolut begeistert. Sie eignet sich sowohl als Wickeltische, als auch als Officebag. Ich nutze sie täglich und die Qualität von Kapten & son spricht hier mal wieder für sich.
Einziges minimales Manko: sie dürfte etwas kleiner sein. Ich finde sie sehr sehr groß.
Nun hoffe ich auf die kleine Windeltasche von meinem Mann ❤️”
