“It’s very well made, looks great and I like that the straps and back are padded however the straps need to be thinner as I’m guessing after a while they’ll really start to rub and they’ve very wide. It’s also a lot bigger than I need, but this is the smallest model available in this style. I’ve kept it for when I need an overnight bag, but what I really wanted was a bag for my daily commute with enough space for my laptop, a drink and food. Please make a smaller capacity of this one.”
