“Progress on my first batch is coming along well. The taste is changing all the time and is very nice right now (11 days). I tasted a bought one at a market on the weekend just to compare as I hadn't tasted any before attempting to make my own. The taste compared well but there's had more fizz, however, they admitted to adding some soda water! I still have to learn how to do this as a progression of the process ... more homework.”
