“As for previous cleanses I found this to be delicious, time efficient and thus “easy” and very filling. Who knew juice could fill you up so much! I did however find I needed (or felt I did) more warming fluids with the colder weather and ended up mixing the “greens” with the soup or bone broth rather than drinking them cold.”
