“I have tried 3 of the family pies and while the filling in each was delicious, i had trouble with the pastry each time. Despite following the instructions, I used an electric oven, then a gas oven and finally an air fryer and although the filling was hot, the pastry on the bottom of the pie failed to cook - it was next to raw. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but when yopu order a pie, the pastry has to be as good as the filling. I orsered this pie and also sent a chunky beef pie and a chicken pie to my sister, so I had a good chance to try both.”
