“Of 10 items ordered have only tried Seafood Spring Rolls. We use a 3 year old Miele Pyrolytic Convection oven. Instructions from defrosted +1 hr.room temp, sptrayed with olive oil, said heat for 10 mins. @ 170dC. Checked and the wrappers were white, not browned and internal temp was 54dC, not 75dC as Providoor recommended. Continued to heat till reached 72dC, by added 7 mins, wrappers still not browned. Consumed and product slightly crispy, rubbery emulsified "seafood" filling without a discerable taste Poor product/instructions.
Also, not a fan of having to look up reconstitution instruct on QR or website. Please print on packaging box. This a gamechanger for me. Bob”

We heat in the overn and have found it takes more time and a slightly higher temperature than in the instructions”
