“I haven't ever crimped a fence before, but this is definitely the way to go. I stretched a 500ft section of 100ft rolls of 2x4 no climb horse wire, 13 wires (28 sleeves) per join, with a backhoe(!) for a super tight fence and every crimp held. I had to use 3 of these sleeves for each top and bottom wire since I didn't see any long sleeves in this size. Crimping made a much straighter fence and saved me hours and hours of time compared to wiring each end to a post. It also saved me many feet of fence material.”
