“These are much better than the original Gripple devices. Love the ability to release them with a small piece of wire. You don't have to cut the wire anymore! Time will tell if the ceramic rollers that hold the tension will hold up to climatic variation. My bet is they will as we have many of the first generation from the 1990's still in service on fences and trellis installations.”
“If these are still working after a few years then they are incredible!! I have removed my in-line strainers for these. They are much lighter and easily pull fence slack just by pulling both ends at the same time. I just ordered 50 more!”
