“On my first one, i installed it into the wooden post and then insert the wire. That pushed the locking mechanism sideways so that it wouldn't work. Removed the vise from the post, got it correctly aligned, threaded the wire through the post and then the vise, then secured the vise to the post. Large Vise-Grip was all I needed to put tension on my wires. Expect to buy more when I expand the vineyard.”
