Best fencer we have ever used. Had a lightning hit and they fixed it free of charge. No problems with the warranty. Even if there is a short, there is still electricity on the fence. Keeps the cattle in.

We upgraded to this to overpower some cruddy net fences that were sucking too much voltage off the rest of the farm and letting the boars wander. I am glad we did. The remote is WICKED. You will love it. 4 stars comes from two things, all to do with the remote. 1st is that you have to be bare handed no gloves and you do get a fence tickle through the remote EVERY TIME! It is designed that way. The included ground probe is a PITA because there is nothing to hold to push it into hard soil, and it has to be stored in your pocket, it wont store on the tool. 2nd is that you must be on a main line with excellent conductivity to the unit or it is iffy the remote will turn it off. Compared to hiking sometimes almost a mile I don't really care that I have to go a little ways to find a good line with no weed load, it is still WAY faster. Only thing really know is that this fence charger needs a HUGE ground array. One rod per joule for full power, and you really need a lightening array if you are going to buy an expensive charger. This one is worth it, and it is less expensive than the others, lacks all the bells and whistles, but is is still miles beyond anything I have ever worked with. It is wonderful!
