“I was disappointed when I received my order. I ordered one and one quarter inch rods. I received one inch rods instead. After waiting 3 weeks I decided to keep the order instead of shipping them back. Then I find I was getting charged twice for the order. I called and Justin straightened everything out. I know things are crazy right now because of the virus but I was disappointed with the service. I will say everyone I talked to were very nice”
“The rods were of correct length and diameter as described, but I asked for them to be tapered to a point on one end to be driven into the dirt easier. The salesperson ensures they would be, but the rods were delivered with flat ends making in harder to stake.”
“I used these rods as fence posts for an electrified fence enclosing my bee yard. They worked well, however I was a bit disappointed with the lack of protection during shipping. The rods were only loosely wrapped in thin plastic and half the length was exposed. I would have expected at least cardboard for shipping.”
