“These are exactly what I wanted, while most people use these for securing electric fence, I use them on 3/8 fiberglass rods for trapping muskrats, I use the long tang as a bait holder for carrots, apples, potatoes, or parsnips. Very easy to adjust the height above the trap and waterline, I use the Hagz bracket to mount the 1 1/2 coil spring traps, these work great together .”
“These are excellent clips when used with the correct size fiberglass rod. Unlike the step in plastic posts (which are nice, but limited), you can set your wire separation to any size you want. These are perfect for High tensile wire stays between your posts. The price of these are half of what I could find elsewhere and the quality is just as good or better.”
