“Springs don't hold shape long. Once in place they loose there tension. After 1 month they only compressed to 10 feet instead of the 2 feet they started at.”
“These work well. I ran pvc conduit under my gate openings, ran underground wire through it to connect my fence. Set it up like you're supposed to with the gate hot only when closed. Used a large screw eye in the open side wood post so there's someplace to hang the handle when the gate's open. Works a lot better that plain wire and spring loaded handles.”
