“These items were left out of my order, and an email to customer service at Kencove went unanswered. The product might be fine, but how can I give it more than one star when they didn't even ship me what I paid for and did not answer my request to fix the issue?”
“I got the order quickly and the springs seem fine. I was surprised that they have a dull finish as compared to the previous stainless springs I’ve ordered that had a shiny stainless steel finish. I really don’t need them to be shiny if they will resist rusting.”
“I like these spring gates, cheap way to get a 24 foot gate. Bought these extra springs because a large cherry tree came down on one of the gates and stretched the top spring(I use 3 per gate). the gate was still serviceable, where a tube gate would have been destroyed and would have had to be replaced immediately.”
