“I bought some of these years ago and they have held up well. They are hard to find and I have tried to substitute other type of springs but nothing works as well as these. I have enclosed an acre with a unique fence where I use a 4' high plastic netting with a 14 gauge aluminum wire at the top and bottom and hold the netting on with hog rings(C rings). Corner posts are T-posts with 1-1/2 drain pipe slipped over it then 3/4 in water line in-between. I use these springs to hold the wire tight. I also use one in the middle and electrify it. Use it mostly to keep chickens but have kept a steer in there as well with little problem. Recommend these springs and recommend Kencove!”
